Drop hero
A dark lookbook hero sells the print, then the policies that actually convert in India: GST, UPI, size exchange.

OctaVertex Media
Streetwear buyers in India will not guess at GST or fit. For Impulse Shop we shipped a dark lookbook store — original prints, cm size chart, MRP on every card, UPI via Razorpay — live at impulseshop.in.

Impulse Shop
Fashion & D2C
How they reached us
The founder had the drop — heavyweight cotton, original screens, unisex drop-shoulder — and a justified distrust of marketplace listing fees. They came to us for the same commerce stack we had just proven on Happy Nails: Wagtail on Vercel, Indian prepaid rails, and a CMS a merchandiser can run. The difference was tone: Impulse needed to feel like a print shop, not a beauty aisle.
The challenge
Oversized tees die in returns. If the size chart is decorative, if MRP is hidden, if checkout is a surprise, the prepaid buyer chargebacks or never comes back. The brand also needed to say, in public, that prints are original — not licensed cartoons.
Our solution
We built a conversion path that leads with the print and closes with policy: GST-inclusive prices, free shipping over ₹999, 7-day size exchange, UPI via Razorpay, and a centimetre chart on every product. Search, wishlist, and shop grid are first-class. FAQ copy answers the questions Indian buyers actually type. The merchandiser edits drops in Wagtail without a deploy.
