Post-Launch Experiment Plan
One experiment a week. Compounding, not chaotic.
Post-launch growth is a queue of small tested bets, not one big redesign.

Build the backlog
Turn every funnel drop-off into an experiment idea.
Turn every repeated support question into one.
Write each as: change X, expect Y to move.
Score ideas by impact, confidence, ease. Rank the list.
Design the test
One variable per experiment. Two changes prove nothing.
Define the success metric before you ship.
Set the run time up front — one to two weeks.
Small traffic? Prefer bold changes over subtle tweaks.
Run it clean
Ship Monday. Mid-week launches muddy the data.
Don't peek daily and don't stop early on excitement.
Log anything unusual that week — sales push, outage, PR.
Keep the rest of the product frozen during the run.
Decide and log
Compare against the metric you pre-registered. No moving goalposts.
Winner ships to everyone. Loser gets written up anyway.
Keep a one-line log: change, result, decision.
Feed learnings back into the backlog ranking.
