Whatsapp orders broken ops
Whatsapp orders broken ops

OctaVertex Media
HealthyOme was selling dietitian-designed meals over WhatsApp and phone calls. We engineered a complete cloud kitchen operating system — shop, subscriptions, payments, kitchen ops, and growth automation — now live at healthyome.in.

How they reached us
The founders came to us with a working kitchen and a growing Pune demand — and a phone that never stopped. Every subscription, every 'can I swap the millet bowl', every dietitian follow-up lived in WhatsApp. They did not ask for a prettier website. They asked for a system that could take the order, take the money, and tell the kitchen what to cook tomorrow.
The challenge
Most cloud kitchens don't have a growth problem — they have an ops and conversion problem. HealthyOme was taking healthy meal orders on WhatsApp and calls: no unified shop, no subscription engine, no kitchen or delivery system, and no way to turn one order into lifetime value. Every order lived in chat threads, and the operation couldn't scale past the founders' phones.
Our solution
We didn't just build a website — we delivered a full cloud kitchen operating system. A customer PWA shop with meal-plan subscriptions and quick ordering, Razorpay checkout, an admin and CRM operations layer, kitchen production sheets with KOTs, labels and QR-coded invoices, dedicated dietician and trainer portals for expert upsells, and growth automation across coupons, loyalty, referrals, WhatsApp, email and push — all engineered as one platform that does the heavy lifting behind every order.
Live in production at healthyome.in
Chat chaos replaced with a high-intent journey: browse → subscribe → pay → track → refer
Kitchen and delivery run on synced KOTs, production sheets, labels and QR invoices
Meal plans converted into a scalable digital subscription product
Dietician and trainer portals open expert-led upsell revenue beyond meals
Coupons, loyalty, referrals and WhatsApp/email/push automation run growth on autopilot
The product
Framed at an iPhone viewport. These are not landscape crops of a desktop page.

01 · Home
The customer app opens on Pune delivery, then splits intent: subscribe, order now, or book a dietitian.

02 · Bowl builder
A required-base configurator with live add-on prices (quinoa ₹50, rice from ₹35) and a sticky Add bar.

03 · Subscription
Category first — home-style, salad, weight-loss, high-protein — then the plan duration. No separate desktop meal PDP.
Chapters
Designed story frames from the engagement — shown at their own aspect, not forced into a phone.
