Indian hotels still run revenue on OTAs, spreadsheets, and disconnected tools. RevNext unifies hotel websites, booking engine, cloud PMS, POS, channel manager and mobile front desk into one platform — Website → Book → Operate → Distribute.

How they reached us
Hotel operators kept asking the same question after we had shipped a few property sites: why is the booking engine, the OTA sheet, and the front desk still three different truths? RevNext started as that brief — a weekly revenue cadence owners can read, not another dashboard they ignore.
The challenge
Fragmented hotel tooling means commission bleed to OTAs, overbooking risk from unsynced inventory, and no single source of truth across the front desk, F&B and distribution. Independent hotels were paying enterprise-level commissions while operating on spreadsheets.
Our solution
We engineered RevNext as one modular hospitality platform: a hotel website CMS that converts direct bookings, a booking engine with quote, hold and confirm flows, a cloud PMS covering front desk to night audit, cloud POS with bill-to-room, a channel manager with ARI sync across Wave 1 Indian OTAs, and a Flutter mobile app for front desk operations — all built India-first with GST, Razorpay and multi-property support on a dual-runtime architecture.
One login, modular products: CMS, booking engine, PMS, POS, channel manager, mobile
Unified room inventory across direct and OTA channels — reducing overbooking risk
Direct-booking websites that cut dependence on commission channels
Front desk to night audit, F&B to room folio — operations on one system of record
India-ready out of the box: GST invoicing, Razorpay payments, multi-property support

Share the first workflow, the teams that use it and the systems it must connect to. That helps define module boundaries, shared records and a phased rollout.

We researched, planned and developed VertexPOS, an invitation-only restaurant POS beta that connects counter, captain and table ordering with kitchen status, settlement records and daily reports.

Front desk ops die when the PMS is desktop-only. We built the RevNext PMS native app for iOS and Android — arrivals, check-in/out, housekeeping, folios and F&B POS with bill-to-room — so hotel staff run the property from their phones.

We researched, planned and developed a coconut-products storefront built around repeat delivery: shoppers can compare pack sizes, choose a coconut water subscription, and check Pune delivery details before booking.
