The challenge
Intra-city B2B delivery — pharmacy stock transfers, D2C last-mile, warehouse runs — was being coordinated over WhatsApp with no dispatch system, no tracking, no proof of delivery, and no clean GST paper trail. Same-day promises without a system behind them.
Our solution
We engineered the full ops stack: customer web and Flutter apps for quoting, booking, tracking, labels and bulk CSV consignments; rider apps with AWB scanning, OTP/POD capture, COD and earnings; a dispatch console with live map and PostGIS zone auto-assignment plus SLA and exception handling; a CRM layer with customers, contracts and bulk B2B billing; and a finance layer with GST invoices and GSTR reporting — Go API, Next.js portals, Flutter apps.
