The challenge
Hotel front desks were chained to a desktop: arrivals queued while staff walked back to a terminal, housekeeping status lived on paper, and F&B charges missed the folio. Desktop-only PMS software slows room turns and leaks revenue.
Our solution
We built a native Flutter app for hotel staff: arrivals and departures, check-in and check-out, a live housekeeping board, guest folios, and F&B POS with bill-to-room — all role-gated so every staff member sees exactly the operations they own, from anywhere on the property.
